The applicable terms of delivery in orders, have been determined in the "Regeling van de Verhouding tussen Opdrachtgever en adviserend Ingenieursbureau" ("RVOI"),version of 2001 with appendices and are subject of mutual agreement before an agreement comes in force. In this RVOI is among others described how is dealt with matters like neutrality, non-disclosure, liability, indemnification, intellectual property, responsibilities etceteras.
These terms of delivery form the basis, on which the professional liability insurance company grants coverage.

Deviations with respect to the RVOI are subject of mutual agreement on beforehand, between PLOUM Engineering and the insurance company and have to be described in the agreement.

These RVOI- terms are integral part of an order but can also be aqcuired from the Dutch association of engineers, Kivi in The Hague.
