Thermography general

This is the visualization of heat radiation. With a thermal imaging camera, an object is photographed in the infrared area of the specter of wavelengths and shows the object in areas of different temperatures. The temperature scale shown is adjustable as required or desired and i.e. be determined where at what level heat or cold is escaping from the object. So one may visualize whether: a bearing is getting to hot, the wall of stove has not been insulated well enough, hotspots on objects, smothering contacts in a switch box and so on.
